Policies
Cancellations: If you cancel your rental for any reason other than inclement weather, we require a 24-hour notice and the right to retain 100% of the deposit. If less than 24-hour notice is given, you will still be responsible for the cost of the rental. No exceptions!!
Inclement Weather: If rain is forecasted on your event date and you want to cancel/ postpone your party, you must notify us within 24 hours before delivery to have your deposit refunded. If less than 24 hours notice is given we reserve the right to retain up to 100% of the deposit. If the driver arrives at your location and you decide to cancel due to rain, your deposit will be forfeited. Amusement Of Bouncers reserves the right to cancel / postpone / reschedule parties as a matter of public safety, when it is apparent that lightning and heavy rain could cause a hazardous condition. If the renting party insists on holding their party in the rain against our recommendation, they will be liable for double the costs of the rental fee (e.g. if your party was $150 before, it will be $300 after) as well as all other liabilities associated with operating a moonbounce under adverse weather conditions.
At Amusement Of Bouncers, our goal is to provide you with a SAFE and fun experience using our moon bounces. However, moon bounces are not made to be used in rain or adverse weather conditions. Rain causes the moon bounce to become slippery. Because of static electricity properties of the material, lightening has been known to be attracted to the vinyl of the moon bounce. High winds can cause a moon bounce to flip over or take flight. We will do all we can to help you have a fun-filled, safe event. Keep in mind that as a matter of public safety and insurance policy, the moonbounce industry normally closes down for rainy weather.
There are many great alternatives if there is rain forecasted on the day of your event. We highly recommend renting a community center or school gym. Many communities have buildings or rooms for rent for a small fee. Also, if you have a large room, we can set up a moon bounce in your home. You might consider renting a smaller moon bounce which could be used indoors or outdoors.
This policy does not apply for parties that experience an unexpected rainstorm during the party and they evacuate the unit as required. You may re-schedule your event on a subsequent date based upon availability. Note: You will only be allowed to reschedule for the amount of time left on your rental agreement at the time you called to notify us of the rainstorm (e.g. if you had a 6 hour rental that started at noon and you call us at 4 pm, you will only be allowed to reschedule two hours free of charge). We believe this to be fair policy for both parties.
Payment: Cash or Check accepted for deposit if deposit is made at least seven (7) days prior to the event. If the deposit is less than seven days only cash is acceptable. Cash only is accepted at the time of Delivery/Self Pick-Up.
Inspection: Please see the set up requirements below. If we arrive at the location where your event will be held and it is determined that we cannot set up and you decide not to choose another location, you will be charged a $25.00 consultation fee.

Moonbounce:
The moonwalk can be setup on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any other surface that is relatively flat. A slight slope is not a problem. You must have at least two feet of extra space around the perimeter of the moonwalk. The entrance side should face and open area.. The unit must be setup within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.Policies subject to change without notice.
